Prof. Axel S. Herrmann has over 20 years experience in structure mechanics and process development for CFRP components, mainly for the usage in aerospace applications. Prof Herrmann is the head of Faserinstitut Bremen (FIBRE) and is Professor of material science of fibers, textiles and composites at the University of Bremen.
