M. Sc. Florian Rackerseder

M. Sc. Florian Rackerseder

Florian Rackerseder studied physics with a specialisation in experimental solid-state physics at RWTH Aachen University from 2012 to 2017 and graduated with an M.Sc. degree. From 2018 to 2022, he took on teaching and research tasks at the Chair of Laser Technology LLT at RWTH Aachen University. Since June 2022, he has been working as a research assistant in the ‘Optical Design and Diode Lasers’ group at the Fraunhofer Institute for Laser Technology in Aachen. His research focuses on the modelling and development of optical systems for laser material processing, particularly in the field of laser floating zone crystal growth.
